The client is a world class medical institution that delivers quality medical care to all patients, as well as continuing medical education to all doctors and training to nurses by undertaking basic and clinical research with a focus on the needs of the country. With over 3 million outpatients treated successfully, P. D. Hinduja Hospital truly brings the best medical support and state-of-the-art technology to treat its patients. It's also the first multidisciplinary tertiary care hospital to have been awarded the prestigious ISO 9002 Certification from KEMA of Netherlands for Quality Management System.

The challenge

It is critical for a healthcare facility to keep patients and stakeholders up-to-date and informed during these trying times. Most importantly, we needed to promote awareness and use digital tools to assist patients. The goal of reaching out to patients had to be organic and content-driven. We were also asked to help with strategic advice for publicizing the vaccination programme.

Our solution

Our communication strategy was simple yet effective, supported by impact-driven visuals, banners, videos and virtual webinars to ensure that the message is received and comprehended by a layman. Our aim was to Inform, Educate, Engage, Support, Support and be Direct.

We conducted virtual webinars every fortnight to reach out to patients amidst the pandemic lockdown and cleared their doubts. To deliver effective solutions, we used platform-driven messaging with diverse strategies for each social media site. We leveraged features from every platform to build brand recall and a follower base.

Our overarching strategy helped the client to achieve 100+% organic growth in the community in a span of 1 year, with 9M+ organic video views and 20K+ subscribers growth on YouTube. Our content was also featured on YouTube India Spotlight.
