What We Did:
HGS handles the strategy, design and development for the bank's digital marketing collaterals. We work with various departments within the bank – internet banking, credit card, investment, corporate, etc., to help them achieve their objectives and enhance brand's digital experience for user.
- Chalked out wire-frames that classified & segregated information – sections are built as an independent entity yet are correlated to each other via cross promotions.
- Built interactive user friendly demos. Created space for cross-promotions: 'Do you want to?' & 'You may also be interested in'.
- Worked for major campaigns of HSBC: $100m Climate Partnership Program, Raise a Hand, Gold sponsorship of IPL on YouTube.
- We created stylish and elegant microsites, e-mailers and banners to promote these campaigns in a very simple and user friendly layout which showed off the company branding.
- Restructured major sections on the website: Financial Planning, Investments, Insurance, Internet & Self-service Banking.
- Emailer/Banners for themed events, festivals, customer engagement, offers, etc.
