Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is a leading private bank in India. The bank offers personal finance solutions ranging from savings accounts to credits cards and distribution of mutual funds to life insurance products.
The Web presence for Kotak bank was mostly static and did not have a clear user experience strategy. Due to these factors they were losing out on online engagement.
What We Did:
Delivered an end to end user experience strategy for Kotak Bank, which involved a complete revamp of their website. We leveraged Agile Methodologies and Drupal CMS to manage this seamless transition for Kotak Bank.
During the initial research phase, HGS Interactive recommended that Kotak bank augment their hosting infrastructure, which helped the client manage incremental traffic on their website.
Along with great user experience, we ensured the site is device agnostic and compatible with multiple browsers. This was achieved in compliance with security guidelines for online banking.
