It was soon acquired by the Hinduja Group and since then he has nurtured and grown HGS Interactive into a full service digital agency, which started off with working for the Group Companies and then expanded to customers outside the HG domain.
With a strong background of BE (Electronics & Telecommunications) and MBA, Sachin has been groomed into a fine business manager by industry leaders across various sectors of the HG companies. As Business Head of HGS Interactive, Sachin believes in working towards 'making our customers more competitive'. Trupti is responsible for developing and leading social engagement teams that monitor and engages with followers and fans of some of India’s leading brands. She works closely with her team to engage brand followers, protect brands from crisis, inform business decisions using analytics and create a memorable brand experience.

Praneeth MarisaHead - Digital Marketing
Over the years, Praneeth has taken up diverse roles from heading social media, SEO, Performance Marketing divisions to setting up social CRM processes and social media command centers, and leading numerous website and web-based app development projects. When he isn’t obsessing on how to acquire new clients or amplifying the ROI of existing clients, you can find him playing competitive games such as table-tennis, cricket, carrom or working out a new set of muscles in the gym.

With over 9 years of work experience, Avantika has spent last 3+ years at HGS Interactive as the social media lead. Her role involves managing a team, campaign strategy, crisis management, creative ideation and working on pitches amongst other things. She loves social media, her favourite platform being Twitter. She likes to read, watch movies/web series, blogging and baking!

Sunil BangeraCreative Head - Design
Over the course of 16+ years, Sunil has worked with big and small agencies, international brands to tiny boutique design shops working with start-ups, to leading global brands. He has deep digital expertise and cares about UX and UI, wireframes and prototyping and has overseen integrated advertising campaigns across emerging channels, print, digital and social as well as leading rebranding and design efforts for large-scale, corporate identity systems. Outside of work, you’ll find him with his camera, reading on Kindle, scribbling drawings and watching Netflix.

Priyanka is a content specialist, marketer and editor. As HGS Interactive’s official wordsmith, she implements content strategies that help her clients reach their business goals, increase brand awareness and stand out in a busy marketplace. When not working, she likes to explore new cultures and cuisines, read, listen to jazz music or solo-travel, armed with her pen and camera. She also edits books and helps authors navigate the ups and downs of the publishing world.

Smriti SahniHead - Client Relations & Business Operations
Smriti has more than 10 years of experience in varied domains like BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, etc. The transition from a PR Intern to Client Relations Manager happened when she switched to digital marketing in 2007. In her role, as the Manager- Client Services at HGS Interactive, she has played a key role in consulting and managing premium client businesses. Being a digital enthusiast, she is known for collaborating effectively with clients to negotiate and launch long-term, mutually beneficial contracts.
